Career

After a successful career in sales and marketing management in the IT industry, Ed launched The Marketing Director www.themarketingdirector.co.za to mentor organisations wishing to grow to their potential. In the many years since then several of Ed’s clients have been winners or finalists in entrepreneur awards, and Ed gained extensive experience in tackling difficult problems, a level few could match. He is profiled on The Legacy Project, a senior mentor for Business Partners a member of the Board of Advisors of North West University bHive Enterprise development unit and volunteers his time and skills at LifeLine where he is an Honorary Life member.

Ed is a columnist for Entrepreneur magazine, a regular contributor to Destiny Man, Strategic Marketing, The SME Toolkit, Sanlam Business Tips for Business Owners and other media. He co-authored the textbook Entrepreneurship for Pearson’s Education
